[F1 2010] CODEMASTERS - Patch v.1.01

 Here I share with you the latest improvement update for F1 2010 Codemasters. This is an official patch released a short time after some important errors of the F1 2010 video game were decreed.

What does this new patch for the game offer?

This patch fixes issues like:

1. "Save replays" and subsequent playback: It will now be possible to save replays of your races.

2. "Player held in a pit stop too long": We have improved the exit logic so that it is not too careful when holding players during a pit stop.

3. "Reduced Puncture Frequency": The chance of punctures has been greatly reduced.

4. "Not Servicing Pit Stop" - Several cases have been established where the driver was called to the pit stop, but was unable to service the cars.

5. "The first lap is calculated correctly": The time of the first lap of the race is now calculated correctly

6. “Auto Update Race Strategy” – Selecting the primary tires in the tire menu (default selection) now updates the strategy for the team to assign options during a pit stop.

There were also several improvements for PC:

7. DirecX 11: The patch activates all the features of DirectX 11. All graphic enhancements are set in the graphics settings, DirectX 11 starts after setting the "Ultra" graphics settings, but this luxury will be available to owners of powerful video cards that support this feature.

8. Multiple monitor support: F1 2010 now supports 3 x 1 to 3 x 2 monitors. And now you can make your own cockpit at home.

9. Optimization: Codemasters has improved support for multi-core processors in general, which should lead to better frame rates on more powerful computers.

10. Additional support: The patch also adds support for SandyBridge processors, as well as support for currently available "modern" processors like the Core i7.

In addition to these issues, we have also made fan-requested improvements to the game:

11. "Increased Damage": The damage system has been increased. Now, in order for you to break the front wing, you don't need to fly towards the bumper with all your might.

12. "Increased Handlebar Support" - Increased Handlebar Support: Thrustmaster Ferrari F430 ForceFeedback (officially supported), Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience (officially supported), Thrustmaster RGT Force Feedback Pro Clutch (not officially supported but will work), Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S and GT3 RS2 (both officially supported).

13. "Weather Improvements" - Re-improved graphical effect of cars driving on wet surfaces. The tire tracks have been enlarged.

How to install patch v1.01 for F1 2010?

Unzip the “.rar” file and run the “setup.exe” / “TitleUpdate” files, follow the steps and enjoy.
